Qualified Soft Tissue Therapist & Future Osteopath
I’m a qualified soft tissue therapist currently training in Osteopathy – bringing advanced knowledge of the body into my treatments. I offer treatments as a mobile therapist in the comfort of patients' homes.
When I’m not massaging or training to be an Osteopath, I am either working as a healthcare regulation consultant for England’s biggest healthcare regulators ....... or I am pretending to be a dinosaur with my two boys.
I have worked in the NHS and across healthcare regulation for 10 years with an annual advanced DBS check. Massage is something I’m truly passionate about – I love taking away people's pain and getting them back to doing the things they enjoy. If you have an injury, I’ll do a quick assessment first so I can tailor the massage to your needs.
Every client is unique, and so is every treatment. My aim with each session is simple: reduce pain and improve your mobility.

Mobile Massage - I come to you for your convenience. I bring the massage table, and professional oils to your home, office, or hotel. Ideal for those with a busy schedule, for post-treatment care, or as a thoughtful gift.
Clinic Appointments - Visit my peaceful treatment room in Eynsham Village. A tranquil, purpose-built environment designed for deep relaxation, away from the distractions of daily life. Easy parking and full facilities.

Richard is brilliant. He really understood my needs. He has a calming manner and reassuring tone. His massages are wonderful and feel very effective. I went in with a stiff upper back that I’d struggled with for months. Richard has been working on me over a series of sessions and I can really notice an improvement. I have much better range of movement and am in a lot less pain. Highly recommend.
